Line reactors

Line reactors are current limiting devices. They are used on the input side of a drive to protect the AC drive from transient overvoltage. The line reactors main function is to oppose rapid changes in current due to their impedance. Small losses and small size and weight in relation to capacity are typical for line reactors.
