Trafotek Brazil receives ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 Certification from SGS

 

Trafotek proudly announces that it has been awarded the ISO 9001 Quality Management System certificate, ISO14001 Environmental Management System certificate and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management certificate for its subsidiary in Brazil. All our production facilities have now integrated QHSE Management Systems certified by SGS.

Year 2014 Trafotek made the decision to enter Brazil and start manufacturing Power Electronics products i.e. reactors and electrical filters for local markets and in April, 2016 Trafotek Itu delivered its first batch of reactors. While we have been ramping up production in Itu, we have successfully developed and implemented our internal QHSE management processes and practices at the same time. This is important milestone for us and indicates our dedication to consistently provide customers with quality products and service,” states Klaus Franco, Trafotek Brazil Country Manager and Plant Director.
